Make an appointment with Dr. AUBERT for an immigration medical examination to USA

  • Appointment wait times may exceed ten days. If you need an urgent appointment, call Dr. AUBERT’s secretary at +33 1 42 58 07 28 and ask her to reach Dr. AUBERT on his cell phone to find a solution. We will do everything we can to help you!
  • There is no point in making an appointment with Dr. AUBERT before you have received your invitation to an interview at the U.S. Embassy, as Dr. AUBERT needs your invitation to create your file.
  • However, it is important to schedule your appointment with Dr. AUBERT:
    • In most cases, at least one week before your appointment at the embassy (to ensure that your medical file is validated on the e-medical software on the day of your interview at the embassy).
    • At least two weeks before your appointment at the embassy, if you are in one of the following situations (in these cases, the e-medical software cannot be used, and Dr. AUBERT will have to send you a PAPER version of your file, which means there will be postal delays):
      • if you have “DV APPLICANT” (diversity applicant) status
      • if your visa is type V92 (these letters are then mentioned after your PRS number): Following-to-Join Asylum Visas (V92)
      • if your visa is type V93 (these letters are then mentioned after your PRS number): Refugee Visa (V93)
      • if your visa is type K1 (fiancé(e) of a U.S. citizen who is a foreign national)
  • Once you have made your appointment for a physical consultation with Dr. AUBERT, he will contact you by email, as several email exchanges are necessary to prepare for this consultation.
  • Please note: Dr. AUBERT will take your email address from your DOCTOLIB file, so make sure that the email address listed there is valid!
