USA: What documents should I bring?
What is mandatory and what might be useful:
-
- If you do not bring identification, the examination cannot take place.
The only forms of identification accepted by the U.S. authorities are passports and refugee travel documents.
- If you do not bring identification, the examination cannot take place.
-
In order for Dr. AUBERT to access your file, he must have your letter of invitation from the embassy.
-
On this website, you will find all the useful information about vaccinations required for the USA. It is ESSENTIAL in all cases that you bring your vaccination certificates with you (if you don’t have them, ask your mom! Generally, moms keep that kind of things!).
-
- Dr. AUBERT will take your photo himself and include it in the documents he sends to the U.S. authorities (even if the e-medical software cannot be used for your type of visa and the documents must be sent in paper form).
- Therefore, you NEVER need to bring a photo with you.
-
- If you have a medical condition, bring all the documents you have, including your prescriptions, recent complementary exams and any document that may seem relevant
- Dr. AUBERT will read them, and will add them to your file, should they be relevant
- If you don’t have any medical documents, don’t worry, come anyway!
