USA: DR AUBERT’s “PLUS”

The service commitments of an effective team

    • As soon as you make your appointment, you will receive confirmation from DOCTOLIB, and a few hours after making your appointment for your immigration medical examination in CANADA, you will receive a personalized email from DR AUBERT explaining the procedure. If you have any additional questions, you can ask them by replying to this email. DR AUBERT is very responsive and replies to all emails within 24 hours.
    • At the end of your consultation with Dr. AUBERT, you will receive an email containing a preliminary version of your “information sheet”, certifying that you have undergone the immigration examination, and your “vaccination worksheet” in the format required by the US authorities. The final version of your “information sheet” will be sent to you once your X-ray has been interpreted.
    • If you have no health issues and if the additional tests (blood tests and X-rays) are normal, Dr. AUBERT’s team is committed to processing your application in less than a week. In reality, the average time taken to finalize simple applications is 3.4 days. A visa for US, yes, but as quickly as possible!
    • If you receive a request for additional tests, you will be notified of the tests requested within 24 hours of informing Dr. AUBERT. You will receive a detailed email from him, indicating the nature of the tests requested, accompanied by the corresponding prescriptions and detailed information on where these tests will be carried out. In addition, Dr. AUBERT will systematically contact you if he does not receive the requested examinations, to ensure that there are no electronic transmission errors and therefore no additional delays in processing the file.
    • French law stipulates that initial immigration medical examinations (X-rays and initial biological tests) are not eligible for reimbursement. However, in the event of additional tests requested by US authorities, Dr. AUBERT undertakes to ensure that they are eligible for reimbursement by the French health insurance system.
    • The immigration medical examination (IME) for USA is valid for six months. Sometimes, for administrative reasons (Canadian processing times) or personal reasons (delayed start date to US, for example), some people do not leave within this one-year period. If you have already had your first IME with Dr. AUBERT, his fees will be reduced by 50% (however, you will still have to pay the normal laboratory and radiologist fees).
