- Tetanus: 1 dose within the last 10 years
- Pertussis: 1 dose within the last 10 years

- Hepatitis B: 2 initial doses and 1 booster 6 to 14 months later, or serological test results confirming immunity
- Flu: 1 dose administered within the last year prior to the appointment (if vaccine is available)
- Chickenpox: evidence of past infection, or 2 vaccine doses 6 weeks apart
- Measles, Mumps, Rubella: 1 dose within the last 6 months, or two doses 4 to 6 months apart, or serological test results confirming simultaneous protection against all 3 diseases
- Acceptable vaccination schedules
- DTCP or TETRAVAC or BOOSTRIX TETRA or INFANRIX TETRA or REPEVAX: 1 dose administered less than 10 years ago
- VAXIGRIP or INFLUVAC or VAXIGRIP: 1 dose administered less than 1 year prior to the appointment (if vaccine is available)
- VARILRIX or VARIVAX: 2 doses administered 6 weeks apart, or evidence of a previous chickenpox infection
- MMRVAX or PRIORIX: 1 dose administered within the last 6 months, or two doses administered 4 to 6 months apart, or serological test results confirming simultaneous protection against all three diseases
- Hepatitis B-containing vaccine (hexavalent vaccine in childhood, or ENGERIX B20, HBVAX PRO, GENHEVAC B, or TWINRIX): at least two doses administered at least 6 months apart, or serological results confirming the absence of HBs antigen and the presence of at least one antibody (anti-HBs or anti-HBc)
